Alicante Gastronómica 2026: A Visitor's Guide to the Rice, Tastings and Free Showcookings (2–5 October)

Alicante's biggest food fair returns to IFA – Fira Alacant from 2 to 5 October. The city council stand alone has 40 free activities built around rice, cocas and this year's prize-winning croqueta and bravas.
