Canalejas Park

Situated near the sea and the Esplanade of Spain, this oldest park of the city was created in 1886 by the architect Jose Gonzolez Altus. It has stone sculptures of dogs and lions at the entrance, beautiful fountains, children’s play area and a map of Spain carved out of stone.

EL Palmeral is situated on the outskirts of the city on the Elche avenue. The park is noted for its indigenous vegetation and is home to some amazing waterfalls, lakes and hundreds of palm trees.
